Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns across different customer journeys (cold outreach, lead nurturing, re-engagement).
- Optimize email sequences using A/B testing, personalization, and automation workflows.
- Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar) for list segmentation and performance tracking.
- Write compelling email copy with clear CTAs, aligned with audience personas.
- Monitor and analyze key email marketing KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with email deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable).
Requirements
- Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of email automation, segmentation, and analytics.
- Ability to write engaging, high-converting email copy.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization strategies.
- Understanding of email deliverability, list management, and compliance regulations.
- Bonus: Experience with multi-channel automation (LinkedIn + Email + Retargeting).
