Job Description:

• Collaborate with the business development team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and sales decks.
• Design various collaterals such as flyers, posters, banners, and digital content to support business development initiatives.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and communicate our value proposition effectively.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions on time.
• Assist in the development of templates and style guides to ensure consistency across all marketing and sales materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into your work.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on marketing and business development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in marketing and business development.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
