Job Description:
  • Social Media Calendar Creation: Collaborate with the editor to conceptualize and plan monthly social media calendars aligned with ongoing campaigns, events, and brand goals.
  • Posting & Scheduling: Manage and schedule posts across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and others, ensuring timely and strategic content distribution.
  • Copywriting & Captioning: Write compelling social media copy, engaging captions, and concise messaging tailored to each platform’s audience and voice.
  • Design Coordination: Work closely with the design team to brief in visuals, track progress, and ensure creatives are aligned with the brand tone and calendar requirements.
  • Carousel & Visual Post Creation: Have the capability to ideate and create basic carousel posts or storyboards using tools like Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Engagement & Community Management: Monitor interactions, respond to basic queries and comments, and help foster a positive, engaging online community.
  • Performance Tracking (Basic): Assist in tracking engagement, reach, and other KPIs through platform insights and share performance feedback with the team.

Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in social media management or digital content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their content nuances.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft witty, clear, and brand-consistent messaging.
  • Basic design skills or familiarity with Canva/Figma for creating simple visuals (especially carousels).
  • Excellent coordination and project management skills.
  • A keen eye for visual storytelling and content trends.
  • Experience working with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
  • A background in B2B or tech/social media strategy is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic social media analytics and reporting.

Shift Timings: Afternoon (12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.)
