Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive – Custom Software Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our custom software development services to potential clients and converting leads into successful partnerships. This role demands excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through multiple outreach methods, including calls, emails, social platforms, and networking events.
- Promote TekRevol’s custom software development capabilities, tailoring proposals and presentations to client needs across various industries.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and recurring business.
- Collaborate with the project management and development teams to ensure accurate scoping, estimations, and alignment of client expectations.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in Business Development or Sales in US / Middle Eastern Markets in any industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on clear and persuasive email and presentation capabilities.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Night Shift)
- 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Afternoon Shift)
